| Criterium-S.T.A. Engineers is owned and operated by Bill Turner, P.E. He is a licensed engineer in Ohio, Kentucky and West Virginia and has over 30 years of diverse experience in engineering design, national and international construction and project management. He received his B.S. degree in Engineering from Georgia Tech with a specialty in Civil and Construction Engineering. Additionally he has a B.S. in Chemical Engineering. His special expertise is in architectural, structural, and mechanical evaluation and analysis of commercial and residential properties. Mr. Turner's experience encompasses a range of properties from large strip malls, motels, and medium-sized commercial properties, to residential homes. He is also a skilled Expert Witness. He is a hands-on Engineer, specializing in what can practically be accomplished, not what is theoretically possible. Clients appreciate his prompt, thorough approach to projects and realistic solutions. Mr. Turner is a member of the National Association of Professional Engineers (NSPE) and the National Academy of Building Inspection Engineers (NABIE). He is committed to providing clients with the peace of mind that comes from knowing they have used highly trained, educated and caring professionals.
